Hey everyone...itz been the longest time since i last blogged. This time round I'm blogging this down for this special person in my life. If you ever get the chance to read this, you'll know this is for you.

you're the person who came into my life 4 years ago. I'm writing this to you because I just want you to know that you make up a significant part of my life. You've always been that sweet, bubbly and interesting character around, however you have kept your thoughts and worries to yourself and never really wanted to open up and share them with me. I tried so hard to let you know how I feel, but it seems like it's going no where. You know I loved you so much, that special kinda love, others please don't be mistaken alright? You know who you are, you're just so important to me. I know now this whole message is turning alittle cheesy..haha but in short, you know what's inside of me, so please listen hard to my heart!

As promised...here goes! Sri Lanka - Alongside Doulos:The oldest passenger ship in the world! In search of an experience with God and His work in a country that is in need of help after a tough year of reconstruction; the work after Tsunami. It was amazing to learn, to work alongside and to enjoy the company of 320 crew members from 46 different countries on board Doulos, the oldest passenger ship sailing in the world. She's just 2 years younger than the Titanic!! Anyway, just some insights of what we have done. I went to Sri Lanka with 16 other Singaporeans with the hope and heart to help and learn. We come from my different walks of life, professions and ages. The age ranges from the youngest of 18 years old to 50 years old. We have doctor, lawyers, psychologists, army officers, teacher, social workers and students. To tell you the truth, i miss you guys! and girls! hahaha I would like to thank you all who has worked alongside with me in the awe-inspiring and refreshing experience on board Doulos and its work in Sri Lanka.

Sorry peepz for this wait for an entry...been out most of the time catching up with friends and going for farewell lunches/dinners. Christmas lunches, meetings. Friends leaving for Texas, Paris and Sri Lanka for myself.

Things seem to be happening really fast. Time really flies without you knowing. Things kinda change somehow as well. People seem to be drifting away. Some became closer.

As i relive the video taken for our Acappella gigs, our theme and testimonies. A love that will last. A love that God has given us. A love that we are seeking, chasing after. A love that some may not understand or misinterpret.

Here i just thank a few good people.

First, my supporters for this Sri Lanka Trip: my Church, Bedok Methodist Church, Grace, Ben n Gen, Judy, Kin Yew and Pam.

my dearest friends: Anthony, Andrew, Alex, Josh, Robin, Colleen, Keryew, Gavin, Daniel, Joanne. who have always been there for me as support.

my dearest Family: my dad and my mum for being always supportive in my decisions. Besides them, i wanna thank my 'family members' too. Jingyu (my only daughter), Abby, Kristy and Alina for being my greatest sisters!

Just came back from the airport...woke up early to make breakfast and go down to the airport to picked my dearest Kristy meimei up with the home-made breakfast! She just came back from States! so exciting! but dunno when would i have the time to meet up with her as i have to fly off to Sri Lanka this Sunday...sobz..now i'm gonna miss my pals, brothers and sisters!

manz..this evening we had our first 'indoor' gig at Barker Road Methodist Church! Nice place..and well..itz my old school! ACS (Barker Rd)! miss the old school days! now the sch is sooo different and enormous! i still love my old school!

Didn't expect to receive such nice and sweet stuff from you..but well same genes from your daddy..we are all sweet ppl! hahaha *applause* but well my trip down to Watten Rise paid off! not wasted at all..coz get to see my daughter and her pear and receive the great encouragement! haha the flower is beautiful...really appreciate you two getting to Toa Payoh to buy the flowers! *huggies* daddy promised you to be there i'll be there! as i last blog abt the FL Xmas party...now that fateful night: had our first acappella gig at paragon! manz...everything seems sooooo fast! tension rose as we prayed before our gig.. had to rush in and had only 30mins to sound check and continue with our gig...soooo tight manz! but we did we Love, A Kapala(love, a head)! and please emcee we're not Kalapa (love a coconut!!!) get ur notes right!!! ahha

my dad was still in hospital...and 19 is his birthday..sooo poor thing..well all my aunties and myself along with my mum..celebrated my dad's birthday in hospital..bought a cake..(gosh the cake is sooo nice la)..and we sang happy birthday in the ward..gosh so 'malu' but still we enjoyed!! (the cake i mean..keke)

went out with my dearest sister abby....itz darn long since the last time we went out but yeah it was fun like what she said in her blog..we shopped like crazy but didn't manage to get all the stuff she wanted to get for the 6 lucky boys including myself. anyway i've already told her what i wanted...so itz up to her whether she wants to get it.. but well my dear sister..if ur reading this, itz okay..itz the thought that counts, it doesn't matter! k?
at night we're back performing at paragon! acted and sing again...so fun. added a few more lines for myself..keke oops sorry dotz haha after we ended the gig.. the guys and a couple of girls went for KING KONG! gosh itz 3 hrs long manz..almost died in there..and pls check if KING KONG is PG? coz i think itz kinda violent and gross haha..but what to do..itz KING KONG the crazy ape who likes pretty girls! haha

Hey all...to those who are interested to what happened during my weekend, you shall find out from this entry..for those who bo ga lan..itz alright..if u feel like reading..go ahead! kidding

anyhow..i went for my Youth Camp this weekend...started off from Friday! gosh i never felt so crazy before manz...we had amazing race that day...seriously shacked out! I'm in a group that never knew public transport was available and that walking is an option, we ran from places to places...but come to think of it who started all the running? hmm i think itz myself! haha

besides that..i saboed myself to break the watermelon in half with my bare hands..*i never knew it could be done until i tried* and eating watermelons without using our hands..our whole face was in the melon..gosh that's gross!!! after that i had to put the broken melon on my head to take a silly photo!! arghz! gross..my face was told to have watermelon seeds and my face look red from the juice..*eek*

then on saturday went out of the camp with grace for our 'check-out', the full dress rehearsal with professional critics in there.. glad it went sooo well! peepz u guys were great! I just wanna acknowledge that!

Sunday! we had beach games...and again..we went mad!!! my group was garung!! we ran and dive into the sea just to score points..arghz..thanks to that..i scratched my leg. superficial injuries but darn it hurts!! the marks looks as if i slide through broken glasses..haiz! no one to sooth my wound... after that i went off to be the lovely santa claus that bring joy to the kids!! hehe! i love the kids' smiles and hugs! i enjoyed my work!

gosh...have you ever done bbq without chicken wings, hot dogs/chicken franks, sting ray or satay?

check it out manz...my latest HIGH CLASS-ED BBQ: Sirloin Steaks, Pork Chops, Mushrooms (forgot what itz called *grinz*), prawns, salmon fillets, chicken fillets (teriyaki style)!

i felt like i was in the restaurant! *eyes wide open*

I don't really know how they got to know each other but the rest goes like this>

you will never understand how i feel, and you guys must be thinking this is one big joke. I never really chased a girl before and now Pam came into my life. Though i may say it's kinda short but definitely beautiful friendship. We hang out not too often, but everytime we do, it is always fun! At least in my perspective. You guys must be thinking of ways to try kill me for saying that i never really chased a girl. But it is darn true. Definitely not because i'm good looking, i never thought so. But that sucked. Because now i have terrible difficulty figuring out how to chase Pam! *argh*
I tried my best, gave her flowers that she liked, gave her surprises. Yeah probably these are the common stuff guys would do to woo a girl. I'm just but any other guy, but one thing's for sure! I want to be original! However it is, things seem to be the same or even worse, nothing's changed. I confessed and was told not to wait. Well, after a few weeks, i realised it's difficult to wait. Probably she was right! Everyday I have been asking God to take that thought of her away, so i could carry on with life easily. Guess God wasn't doing much to help, instead i have been thinking of her all the time. People have been reprimanding me for doing little, for not being active enough. Boy, if i knew how to, i wouldn't have said i never really chased a girl right? peepz give me a break!
The question always pop out at the back of my head: does she like me or not? am i just but another nice friend?
That totally sucked!
Anyhow i understood what i want to do, what i really want in life, and who i really want to be and definitely who i really like! It is you Pam! No matter how hard or difficult the wait is, i'll try. Till God thinks that you're not right for me.

well well..messy day it seems to be...had breakfast with my parents at middle road...then went to carrefour to have our family grocery shopping...bought quite alot of stuff...*faints*

here comes the mess>>>>>>i realised that my Bible study group is cancelled coz most of the peepz..are gonna be helping out at the youth camp..so well..but unfortunately i've agreed to help my dear sam to play for worship at 4pm..hmm..then have to wait for all the 'nice' peepz..josh, grace, rupen and tim..to take their 'own sweet time' to get into the car..when josh himself..who's slow but have to be at sentosa (the campsite)..at 6pm for prac..well..we were still in church like..545pm la..what?..bedok to sentosa..not exactly that near okay?..haiz..i had to drive alittle bit faster...*rush rush rush*....then stoned at the campsite for awhile..haha..

then help out with the games...arghz..tiring coz do nothing..but to make sure the 'kids' do run out of the boundaries marked..sighz..lame! haha

after that..headed home..but pestered by my good camp pals...saying that they have not seen me for a long time..asked me to go down zouk.sighz..okie fine!...me being the nice chap..went down...paid 28 bucks to be wasted..haiz..unfortunately..i wasn't wasted at all..didn't really enjoy the crowd or being clubbing..seems different..haha..but still enjoyed all ur nonsense my dear friends!...haiz!..haha

anyway..we decided to walk all the way from macdonalds..to the lagoon for dinner..didn't realise that we actually have to walk abt 30mins to get there..haha..should've driven the car instead..but anyway..it was a nice 30-min walk over...

we walked back that 30-min journey once again to get the car..hmm..NOW..drive down to downtown east for our supposedly drive-in movie - Madagascar...well we're not lucky enuff..the carpark is full and closed..haiz..we have to detour to another carpark across downtown east..then walk in for the movie..haha..in the end we have a kerb to sit on to watch a side view of the show..haha not too bad la..

had our 'cow' and jerry ice-cream..(gosh..alittle melted though) at pasir ris park later on...and chatted awhile before heading home..hmm..yeah gotta send priscy back too!..haha

A day started off marketing with my parents...plus breakfast..*full* Followed by a drive down to Clementi Sports Hall!..*arghz* I stay in Sengkang leh..pls brothers and sisters..far lehz..*grinz*..but anyhow it was easier and better to get over to where i have my rehearsals @ forerunners! cool!...

had lunch at Clementi hawker centre...(chicky rice)..not too bad..not too oily..just nice *just when did chrissy get so health conscious?* haha...anyway..got a shock..but interesting/happy shock that there can be such coincidence!! met Priscy @ the hawker centre along with her buddy Val! manz my first time meeting val!..haha..cool chic! *how could you spy at me @ West Coast Macs!!* ahha..should've came up to me and say "hi!" right? haha..shan't be a meanie to demand such a thing from the 'previous stranger' *grinz* nice to meet u val!...

After lunch..drove down to forerunner with Grace for our rehearsal!..a long and tiring practice session!...which ended of with a 45min discussion on our acappella group name!

A day of petrol - wasting...
wowz..it hurts to see the fuel tank meter going lower and lower..*heartbroken* haha..nonetheless i like the serenity of being alone in the car..cruising past the busy or quiet streets of singapore..itz not something i always do. Once in awhile..for the joyride! haha

Well..a blissful and amazing day it is today..spent the whole morning and afternoon with my parents doing grocery shopping...went to Plaza Singapura - Carrefour to shop for vehicle accessories haha for example : car mats (almost bought the 3M car mats which would cost abt $170), sponge(for washing purposes) and etc. Bought a new stand fan for my room in replacement for the spoilt one..

before we left for home, went down to marks & spencer to buy the little something that i'm sure someone is craving for! haha (you know i know!) for the rest..*grinz* you shall........not find out! haha

after getting home..did some cleaning up of my car, feather-dust the car and vacuum the entire vehicle..manz i love it! haha that's how you should treat ur "wife"..make sure "she's" dust-free and beautiful..haha

now..i wonder how i will treat my future girlfriend..well probably give her the best of what i could offer as a boyfriend? haha manz..leave it to God huh?

went to church for BS and then a short meeting and then hangout with my church pals at 'The Dining Room' haha..just chill out with a couple of drinks and peanuts haha..

After which..they felt hungry and we headed to bedok blk 85 for some supper..had porridge and teh-si haha

a day of simplicity...
wakes up to a slow and mellow day..just like any other 'leave-clearing' day *grinz*
I know some of you just wish that you're in my shoes right?..your turn will come..
let me enjoy first alright? *evil grinz*
I have waited so long for this day to feel so relaxed..even though my dear understudy Fang Sheng will call me like at least once a day..however i'm a nice guy..so of coz i'll entertain his questions!..glad to have you around to take over me in my "over my dead body" kinda work! haha
Anyway..i thought I've put the worst behind me..but well things always happen for a reason and i guess this is not an exception.
Really wished that something good would blossom from this..but well it is in the good hands of God.
Thank you for giving me this changed and renewed mind on things I have given up hope in..
a better day is here..it is how I shape and mold it..but I guess I leave it to You God!
Open my eyes and heart to the spirit of happiness I should share with every dear friends of mine..some lost, some found, some who has always been there! no matter who you are, you're dear to me as a friend..(that is if I really know you?!?! haha)

a simple day with great things done!

0830: went to borneo showroom to sign all the nec. documents so that i could get my car sooner *sobz* been waiting for so long..okok Alex you win! you waited longer! haha~~

1200: went to tampines sports hall---> had a great work out! haha thanks guys for inviting me over for this awesome and 'funny' time. what did we do?? badminton!..manz itz been ages since i played badminton..this is fun! haha

*something extra* - well well itz time for Chris to work out and keep fit before he ORDs..haha got to have a 'firm and STRONG grip' when i get my pink IC back! woHOooo!

1400: had lunch with the great medicine loggerheads haha..you guys just can't seem to stop 'fighting' haha..and the rest of the gang! your company is always loved by yours truly!

1550: went to church for YAM - Young Adults' Ministry...thanks Anthony/Grace for the wonderful presentation with regards to the Pakistan Tragedy. I think itz timely! great job!

1715: cheesecakes *sinful!!!!!!!!!* arghz..thanks for your treat gen gen! but arghz..itz fattening..oops..i sound like a freaked out girl..(am i sexist?) haha..anyway..

1930: My cousin's birthday party..gosh..more food! but well..chrissy here is controlling his intake..so THANK GOD! i didn't eat alot..after that sinful piece of oreo cheesecake *go berserk shouting - SINFULLLLLLL!!!!!!!*

well well...time to write again..i'm sure alot of you have been going into my xanga site and well..nothing much was updated. Everyday seems the same..but well..i was busy with all the work and all the teaching to my understudy who came to take over me so that I could ORD in PEACE! *gRiNz*
